Bryan Tan

Bryan Tan is the CEO of U Realty, with a real estate career dating back to 2006, when he and his wife, Fan Soo, began building the business together. Through his multilingual capabilities and a strong commitment to client service, Bryan expanded U Realty's brokerage operations beyond residential transactions into commercial sales and acquisitions. Recognizing the growing needs of his client base, he also established an in-house property management division, providing comprehensive management services for both residential and commercial properties. Throughout his career, Bryan has maintained a strong commitment to professional development, regularly participating in industry seminars, networking events, and real estate education programs. This dedication has led him to earn several respected designations, including the CRS, ABR, and SFR certifications. In April 2024, he reached a defining milestone in his career by earning the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, further solidifying his standing among Charlotte's top commercial real estate professionals. Notable deals include a $4.2 million sale of a commercial shopping center anchored by Food Lion and Dollar General (May 2023), and a $7.4 million acquisition of a 174,000 SF cold storage warehouse facility in Charlotte (August 2024).
