Bryan Lamond

Bryan is a Senior Vice President at Evergreen Devco, Inc., and is responsible for sourcing retail and mixed-use development projects, value-add shopping centers, and site acquisition work for national retailers throughout Arizona. Bryan is actively involved in underwriting, site planning, deal structuring and negotiation, and preliminary due diligence. Bryan works closely with Evergreen’s Development Managers to ensure that each project is aligned with the needs of the surrounding community and delivers the maximum value to investors. Bryan has 15+ years of experience in the retail real estate industry, most recently as Evergreen’s Director of Leasing and Director of Acquisitions. Bryan started in the industry as a retail broker, which allows for a unique understanding of the landlord and broker’s perspective.
