Bryan focuses on multifamily investment sales across Utah and surrounding markets, leveraging his extensive background in capital markets and property advisory services. Prior to joining JLL, LaBar spent over eight years with The Mogharebi Group in Costa Mesa, California, where he advanced from Investment Advisor to Senior Vice President. His experience includes working with institutional and private investors on complex multifamily transactions across diverse market conditions. Before entering real estate, LaBar built a strong foundation in sales and relationship management through roles in biopharmaceuticals and healthcare services.
