Bryan A. Kenny has been actively originating commercial real estate loans with various institutional lenders, mainly life companies, since 2002. He was a top producer and partner at Sunrise Mortgage for nearly 20 years. In 2022, he launched Bandon Capital Advisors with five other seasoned commercial mortgage bankers covering all of Central and Southern California. His utmost concern is his clients’ needs, always listening and delivering on the best capital solution for their deals while focusing on the long term lender relationships that has shaped the his reputation in a competitive landscape. Prior to his career in commercial real estate financing, Mr. Kenny was a production and story development executive in the motion picture industry, working on several Academy Award nominated studio feature films, including Great Expectations (1998), A Little Princess (1995), When a Man Loves a Woman (1994) and Born Yesterday (1993). Personally, Mr. Kenny graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University and is married to Dr. Monica Sarang, an internist in private practice, with whom they have two adult sons. They are strong supporters of various youth leadership organizations and educational foundations. Bryan has volunteered extensively over the years fundraising for their sons’ school and coaching/managing numerous youth sports. Outside of work and volunteering, Bryan is either traveling, golfing, fishing or cooking for his family and friends.
