Bryan G. Glenn specializes in the sale of multi-residential and commercial-investment properties, and although his focus is Hollywood and Mid-Wilshire multifamily investments, he has experience working with properties in markets throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bryan was with Charles Dunn Company for 14 years, during which time he received several awards including Rookie of the Year, Largest Sale and Most Multifamily Transactions. Bryan has been actively involved in almost 70 transactions totaling $300 million in investment real estate sales. He serves clients in all aspects of property evaluation, property marketing and transaction management and escrow coordination. This experience has allowed him to participate in the review and analysis of a wide variety of properties ranging from mid-size to portfolios. Having worked in several submarkets and with all investment property types, Glenn brings valuable insight and expertise to his clients.
