Bryan Furze

Bryan brings more than two decades of experience overseeing and adding value to some of the most prestigious retail portfolios in the Northeast. Bryan most recently served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at WS Development leading the leasing efforts across more than 50 shopping centers in New England and Pennsylvania. He works with a wide range of tenants including national brands ranging from Walmart, Whole Foods, and Sephora to regional and local operators. Bryan brings a deep understanding of how to position core retail assets for long-term success. Throughout his career, Bryan oversaw the redevelopment of dozens of shopping centers and master planned and assembled millions of square feet of urban and mixed-use developments. Bryan is a Certified Retail Professional (CRP) and Certified Development Professional (CDP) with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he has held leadership roles including Chair of the New England Government Relations Committee and membership on the International Diversity Committee.
