Bryan F. Killian

Bryan began his real estate career in 1990 after graduation from The University of South Carolina, Columbia SC with a double major in Real Estate & Marketing. After graduation Bryan returned to his home town of Clover, SC. He started his real estate career with a broker destination skipping the temporary sales man & sales man steps due to his extensive college training in real estate. Bryan has had affiliations with many of the area’s leading real estate companies to included Wanda, Smith & Associates, River Hills Realty, & Lane Realty. He joined Piedmont Carolinas Realty in 2001. Bryan has extensive training & experience in the real estate sales & marketing process. His extensive knowledge is a benefit to his clients whether marketing their property as a listing or negotiating for the best terms as a buyer. In 1999, Bryan obtained his SC Residential Builder License adding another dimension to his expertise when accessing properties’ condition & negotiating inspection reports. Bryan has assisted many home sellers & buyers with their real estate process over the years. He has provided excellent service & has had many repeat client, who have been pleased with his personal service, attention to detail, & professional expertise.
