Bryan Dabbs

Bryan K. Dabbs established BKD Realty in January of 2015 and is responsible for the strategic planning, asset management, growth, and leasing for a retail portfolio of approximately three million square feet of property under leasing assignments. Dabbs has more than 30 years of experience in the Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas retail real estate market. Prior to establishing BKD Realty, Dabbs was with Stream Realty where he was responsible for overseeing the retail portfolio for both in-house and third-party owned properties. Before he worked with Stream, Dabbs was with Endeavor Real Estate Group where he was responsible for overseeing the in-house leasing team and third-party retail portfolio. Prior to joining Endeavor, Dabbs was head of the retail division for Austin and San Antonio for Trammell Crow Company, where he was named Top Producer company-wide for 3 years. The Austin Business Journal has named Dabbs a “heavy hitter” in the Retail Real Estate Industry for multiple years.
