Bryan Adams

Bryan Adams is an Associate Broker with Adams Commercial Real Estate and a commercial real estate broker and consultant with more than 24 years of experience advising property owners, investors, tenants and developers throughout Metro Atlanta and Georgia. Licensed in real estate since 2001 and as a broker since 2004, Bryan specializes in land and development sites, office and medical office properties, retail, owner-user and investment real estate, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, site selection, zoning and entitlement strategy, and complex transaction problem-solving. His practical, data-driven approach combines market knowledge, development awareness, municipal coordination and direct communication to help clients make informed real estate decisions. Bryan studied business at the University of Georgia with an emphasis on real estate and marketing. He has also served on the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee and has been recognized through the organization’s Million Dollar Club and as a peer-nominated Most Valuable Team Player. Beyond commercial real estate, Bryan has been actively involved with Organized Neighbors of Summerhill since 2013, serving as Treasurer, Vice President and currently as Parks Committee Chair. He has led the neighborhood’s parks initiatives since 2014, writing grants and leading fundraising efforts that have secured more than $750,000 for community projects and improvements. He is currently spearheading the installation of pickleball courts at Phoenix II Park, a City of Atlanta park in Summerhill.
