Bruce Zollinger is a First Vice President at CBRE and a member of the National Land Services Group, specializing in commercial, residential, and agricultural land opportunities in Utah and Idaho. Bruce has a long list of successes in representing land owners of medium to large tracts of commercial, residential, farm and ranch properties. In the past 5 years, he has transacted 192 land transactions totaling 14,357 acres with a total consideration of a $162 Million dollars. In 2009 Bruce joined forces with Patrick Juhlin to form the premier land services group in Utah. This group focuses on institutional and privately owned property with clients such as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jordan, Granite and Canyons School Districts. Bruce’s team is working with Multiple Financial Institutions, Bankruptcy Courts, and the FDIC property sales in Utah as well.
