Bruce Wilkinson

Mr. Wilkinson was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDermott International, Inc. in August 2000. He assumed the additional responsibility of President and Chief Operating Officer of J. Ray McDermott in July 2002 until February 2003. Mr. Wilkinson joined the company in April 2000 as Chief Operating Officer, and has over 30 years of senior management experience in energy-related industries, including 18 years at CRSS, Inc., where he was chairman and chief executive officer of the New York Stock Exchange company from 1989 to 1996. Prior to joining McDermott, he served as interim president and chief executive officer of two New York Stock Exchange companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in law from the University of London.
