Bruce founded several successful real estate brokerages while selling and investing in commercial real estate over the past 25 years. While he no longer sells real estate for other people, he does stay very involved in that arena because of his excellent reputation, unparalleled knowledge and creativity, and willingness to help other people. He now specializes in Build-To-Suit projects for the business community. For years Bruce has been inundated with calls from friends, acquaintances, local businesses, and large national companies in search of advice on everything from commercial real estate to business valuation to investing. He has gained great friendships and partnerships while allowing individuals and companies the option to invest in some of his projects. Bruce’s goal has always been to create plenty of flexibility to make things work for everyone involved. Of course, he credits his wife and life partner, Laurie, for much of the success they share.
