Bruce Meringolo

Bruce Meringolo joined Newmark Associates in 2009 after working commercial transactions with a residential broker. Coming from the residential side of the business has provided Mr. Meringolo with a broad perspective on the real estate industry and a foundation of industry knowledge that provides additional benefit to his clients. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Meringolo spent time in both the corporate world as sales and marketing manager for AT&T and NCR Corporations as well as pursuing his entrepreneurial goals as a founding partner of several startup companies. Mr. Meringolo has a B.S. in computer science from Syracuse University, an MBA from Rutgers University, and is currently a CCIM candidate. He is also very involved with his community as a member of the Long Hill Township Board of Education and a commissioner on the Long Hill Township Environmental Committee.
