Bruce Foster

Mr. Foster joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1997. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Driector in NorthMarq’s Atlanta regional office. In 1997, LMRES acquired First Marine Mortgage Company, Inc. in Atlanta. Mr. Foster founded First Marine Mortgage in 1975 and has been engaged in commercial mortgage banking in the Atlanta market for over 25 years. Prior employment included Marine Midland Realty Corporation and General Electric Credit Corporation in Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta.
