Bruce Davis

Bruce H. Davis, Jr., managing owner of Appraisal Source, graduated from the University of Arizona in 1986 with a BS in Business Administration and a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. He has over 25 years of experience as a Certified General Appraiser of real estate in the Mid-Atlantic region and serves as an expert witness. A designated member of the Appraisal Institute, he has served as a member of the board of the Washington, DC Chapter and is a past Chair of the Education Committee.
