Bruce Churchill

Bruce has been involved in commercial real estate as a client, developer and broker for over 30 years. He has worked along the west coast from Alaska to California in commercial development, construction and real estate brokerage. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in central Pennsylvania, then went on to acquire his Masters of Business Administration with a focus on real estate development from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has used his understanding of business and development to gain over 50 successful land use approvals in Oregon, and develop 8 assisted living facilities in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Bruce has generated close to $28 million in transactions in his time as a commercial broker with Compass Commercial.
