Bruce Burgamy

Bruce joined the Colliers Houston office in 2023, focusing on Seniors Housing investments. Bringing over 25 years of experience, Bruce will be collaborating with Elena Bakina in The Woodlands office and working with the Colliers national Senior Housing practice group. Prior to joining Colliers, Bruce was the Executive Director for Camelot Garden Homes in Harlingen, TX, where he handled all aspects of the operation for the company’s properties. Previous to Camelot, Bruce spent nearly 15 years as a Senior Housing consultant for various developers, owners, operators, and financial institutions, focusing on site selection, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as marketing and operational services
