Bruce Basham

Bruce M. Basham joined Crescent Real Estate Equities LLC in 1994 and is vice president of leasing for Colorado where he oversees the leasing of three buildings totaling 1.5 million square feet. Mr. Basham has been in the real estate industry since 1984 following a successful career in commercial banking. From 1984 through 1991 he was employed with Grubb & Ellis Company in Denver, Colorado. While there, Mr. Basham earned Top Ten Sales producer for four years, was named Salesperson of the Year in 1986 and completed the largest transaction in Denver Southeast in 1989. From 1991 through 1997, Mr. Basham was employed by Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, where he was a Top Ten Producer and completed one of the largest transactions in Denver’s Commercial Business District. From 2000-2009, Mr. Basham was named to Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors’ Heavy Hitters list of outstanding brokers, earning Denver’s Top Producer four times. Mr. Basham graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and attended the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma and Graduate Banking School at Southern Methodist University. He is a member of NAOIP and Denver Metro Commercial Real Estate organizations.
