Bruce Andrews

Prior to opening Great Lakes Real Estate, Bruce was a professional firefighter with the Niagara Falls Fire Department. During that time he invested in residential real estate with an emphasis on real estate rehabilitation and sales. Bruce has an extensive background in property evaluation, rehabilitation cost analysis, rental property management, new home construction and subdivision development. Bruce purchased, renovated and sold over 45 homes in the Western New York area and is acutely aware of real estate values in the area.
