Bruce A. Cowper
Bruce Cowper opened the Cresa Montreal office in 2016. As the leader of the Montreal tenant representation team, Bruce’s main focus is representing the interests of corporate clients who have local, national or international commercial real estate needs. As the ‘’single point of contact’’, Bruce provides services including market surveys, site selection, new lease and lease renewal negotiations, comprehensive lease audits, financial analysis, facilitation of government grant tax credit program accreditation, subleasing, buyouts and strategic consulting. Prior to opening the Cresa Montreal office, Bruce was a principal and shareholder of Avison Young in their Montreal office from 2004 - 2015. While at Avison Young, Bruce was a consistent top producer in Canada. Has leased more than 6 million square feet on behalf of downtown office tenants including several head office leases.
