Brooks Healy

As Director for Harbor Stone Advisors, Brooks is responsible for representing landlords in the disposition of multifamily assets throughout Maryland. His multifamily investment sales experience includes market rate, voucher or project-based low income, and student housing sectors. Brooks utilizes a results-oriented approach, driven by his attention to detail, work ethic, and putting his client’s needs first. Brooks has been active in multifamily investment brokerage since 2014. He has successfully brokered in excess of 200 multifamily transactions. Prior to joining Harbor Stone Advisors, Healy served as an advisor for national brokerage firm SVN on their Mid-Atlantic apartment investment sales team. Brooks is a founding member of Harbor Stone Advisors, a brokerage firm solely specializing in multifamily investment brokerage. Brooks is a member of both Urban Land Institute (ULI) and ULI’s Baltimore Young Leaders. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Brooks is a native of Baltimore and currently resides in Catonsville, Maryland. In his spare time, he enjoys Baltimore sports, golf, and travel.
