Brooks Hauf

Brooks Hauf is a Senior Director in Avison Young’s New York City office. Hauf specializes in tenant representation with a strong focus on business development in the New York Metropolitan area. In 2015, Hauf was recognized by the Commercial Observer as one of the Top 30 Commercial Real Estate Professionals in the Tri-State region under 30 years old. After only five years in the business, Hauf had already completed over two million square feet of transactions. Prior to joining Avison Young, Hauf served as Director in the Brokerage Services division of Cushman & Wakefield. In addition, he was the President of the Tri-State region for Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders, where he coordinated continuing education opportunities, charity events, networking opportunities and community service projects.
