Brooke is a VP of Sales and Leasing for ACRE Commercial, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining the ACRE Tampa team, Brooke worked diligently with landlords throughout the state of Florida by focusing on creating a sustainable yet advantageous approach to retail leasing for both JLL and RMC Property Group. Brooke’s experience and tenacity has allowed her to assist clients with their portfolios by creating synergistic tenant mixes that overall maximize the client’s ROI. Brooke graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Science and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida. She is also a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay.
