Bronson Rawlins

Bronson joined JLL in 2021, and currency serves as an Associate with the firm's office in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, Bronson focuses on both agency leasing and tenant representation. Before joining JLL, Bronson served as a Senior Associate within Presidio Commercial, where he was responsible for agency leasing and tenant representation as well as Tenant roll-out assignments in Northern Utah, and Idaho. Before commercial real estate, Bronson worked on the development side of real estate, focusing his time on construction management, which allowed him to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the industry. Throughout his career, Bronson has represented some of the most prominent landlords and Tenants in the region. With his unrelenting diligence, integrity, and passion for helping clients succeed make him an accountable associate for anyone looking to maximize their business or portfolio success.
