Brittney Dale is the Broker and Founder of Midas Commercial Partners, specializing in retail investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing throughout Texas and Georgia. She represents property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants, providing strategic guidance in asset positioning, site selection, market analysis, financial underwriting, lease negotiations, and transaction execution. With more than $75 million in commercial real estate transactions, Brittney has experience advising clients across shopping centers, single tenant retail, office, industrial, and land assets. Her retail leasing practice includes both landlord and tenant representation, helping owners strengthen occupancy and maximize asset performance while assisting businesses with identifying and securing locations aligned with their operational and growth objectives. Before entering commercial real estate, Brittney served as a Senior Investment Accountant with USAA Real Estate. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University and leverages her financial background to deliver a disciplined, analytical approach to every transaction. She is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and a licensed real estate professional in Georgia.
