Brittany Brink is a Senior Vice President of Rally CRE and has facilitated a multitude of intricate and complex sale and lease transactions across the United States throughout her career. Brittany’s collaborative, detailed, and solution orientated approach to every transaction and her inherent analytical perspective allows her to develop sophisticated strategies that meet each client’s short and long-term real estate investment goals. Additionally, Brittany’s interdisciplinary experience enhances her ability to successfully execute transactions across various property types, including multifamily, land, mixed-use, and retail. Brittany’s tremendous leadership and attention to detail within the critical business and legal spheres has solidified her expertise at the negotiation table and proven integral to the client throughout the decision-making process. Brittany’s experience and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market furthers her ability to clearly communicate her value proposition and provide unparalleled problem solving and creative solutions that align with each client’s business plan. Prior to joining Rally CRE, Brittany built and co-lead the Texas commercial division of a national luxury real estate firm with Russell Janicek. Brittany brings a wealth of real estate and legal expertise to her clients through her prior experience as Senior Transaction Manager with The Retail Strategy; Associate Counsel with NewQuest Properties; Vice President/Real Estate Project Manager II with JPMorgan Chase; and, as a Real Estate/Corporate Transactions Attorney with the San Antonio, Texas law firm, Kercheville & Badger, PC. Brittany received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary’s University, in San Antonio, Texas, achieved her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, and is an active member of the State Bar of Texas.
