Brittan Hawken

Brittan Hawken works on JLL’s National Technology Practice Group. She is based in San Francisco and works closely with clients in and around that area. Brittan’s skills include strategy development/ implementation, site identification and leading lease review/ negotiations. Brittan assists companies from early-stage start-ups receiving their initial funding to global corporations, with the formation and implementation of their real estate objectives from inception to execution. Prior to joining JLL, Brittan was a Sr. Associate at Custom Spaces where she specialized in helping high-growth technology start-ups in the Bay Area. While at Custom Spaces, Brittan leased over 400,000 SF totaling almost $100 Million dollars in rental obligations.
