Brigham started his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2018 at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services focusing on investment sales in the retail sector and joined SVN J Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston as an Associate Advisor in 2021. Specializing in Industrial and Retail assets in the Greater Houston area, Brigham provides excellent market insight to his clients due to his time spent in the research department and focusing on investment sales. Brigham also has proven additional knowledge and expertise in providing Broker Price Opinion’s for different investment grade and owner user type properties for clients. Previously, Brigham was the General Manager for Maverick Events and Solutions, a Fort Lauderdale, FL based marketing firm working to raise money for nonprofit organizations. Brigham is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he ran for the Track and Cross-Country team, garnering multiple Big 12 Championships and National Championship appearances and graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing.
