Over 8 years experience in owning and running a business in cellular site development. This has encouraged and pushed me towards getting into commercial real estate the last 2 years and seeing the win for landlords and tenants come together helping them is now a true passion of mine. In hospitality the exit out for owners is not only a sensitive subject but there is where I come through giving them the best solutions and dedicate my time to helping them sale on their exit to retirement or liquidating an asset. I enjoy looking into land with my clients and seeing their vision and with strong negotiation being them the very best terms for their goals in what development they want to do. Under pressure I thrive under no pressure I sharpen myself with educating ongoing classes and learn new ways to market more effective as times change for each one my clients leases, sales and questions. Taking direct criticism when is need in our industry and I thrive in understanding when a challenge is in a transaction, I go towards that challenge and find absolute logical solutions for my clients.
