Brian Workman has been working at Bender Realty since graduating from Lee University’s Business Department in 1999. He first earned the GRI and ABR designations, which are residential real estate designations. After finding a fondness for commercial projects Brian pursued the CCIM designation, which is a “masters in commercial real estate.” He went on to achieve the CPM (certified property manager) designation, the top designation for property management.
