Brian Whittington

Brian brings extensive consulting and service expertise to Avison Young from a number of positions held in his professional career. He was a Principal at Cresa Dallas, and is now a Principal with Avison Young, and has focused on the Far North Dallas/Tollway Corridor area for the past 18 years. He also played professional soccer from 1992 to 1994 for the Dallas Lightning, a team in the league formerly known as the United States Inter-regional Soccer League (USISL). Prior to joining Cresa Dallas in 1999, Brian began his commercial real estate career from the ground up—in construction. As managing supervisor for Dal-Rite Construction, Brian was responsible for maintaining quality control and ensuring projects were completed on schedule and within or under budget. Brian has worked hard to establish himself as a leading local broker. He has been instrumental in tenant representation negotiations, with an emphasis on financial accounting standards(FASB), for both national and local companies. He has been involved with transactions for clients such as First Bank & Trust, Standard Insurance, Noble Royalties, USAP, Williams Financial Group, Southwest Airlines, Neurology Consultants of North Dallas, and many others.
