Brian Vanevenhoven

Brian Vanevenhoven, CCRP, serves as a managing director in Newmark Knight Frank's Milwaukee office, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience in the leasing and sale of retail properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Vanevenhoven has represented many national and local tenants and landlords. Mr. Vanevenhoven has extensive experience in identifying land for shopping center development, retail leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. He has cultivated a nationwide client portfolio of financial institutions and special servicers for whom he has brokered distressed assets, leased properties in receivership and played an integral role in the management and sale of their owned assets. Additionally, Mr. Vanevenhoven has successfully developed many longstanding leasing relationships of his clients' shopping centers, and he has been a trusted adviser to his clients when determining the right time to bring their shopping center to market to maximize their investment. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Vandevenoven was a principal of Milwaukee-based MLG Commercial. NKF acquired MLG Commercial, Wisconsin's leading brokerage and property management company, in 2019.
