A Long Beach resident since the age of 3, I attended local schools, and then went to the University of Minnesota. After graduating, I returned to Long Beach, obtained my real estate license, and joined the Realtor board in January 1985. <br /><br />For the past 40 years, I have been helping people achieve their real estate goals. My first listing was an owner occupied apartment house. I have sold properties: houses, condominiums, stock cooperatives, own-your-own apartments, multi-family properties and land. I have represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
