Brian Swartz

Brian has strong ties to central Illinois. He has sold real estate for 20 years and represents the third generation of his family to sell real estate in Illinois. He is a fifth generation farmer and farm manager and lives on the family farm in Champaign County, IL that was originally deeded from the State of Illinois to his great-great-grandfather. Brian attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also graduated from the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City and earned the prestigious CAI designation from the National Auction Association Education Institute at Bloomington, Indiana. He is licensed as an Auctioneer and a Real Estate Broker in Illinois. Brian served on the board of the University of Illinois Farm Tax School and Agricultural Law Education Foundation, Inc., and has served on the LeRoy Board of Education and the Tri-County Special Education Board. Brian maintains memberships in several professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, Certified Auctioneers Institute, National Auctioneers Association, Illinois State Auctioneers Association, and is a member of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce.
