Brian Smith

Brian brings thirteen (13) years of business management experience to Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate. He has procured and renegotiated leases for his own retail business sparking his interest in commercial real estate. Having a vested interest in multiple locations, Brian was involved in every aspect of finding the best properties with the highest return on investment. Brian brings his own experience and knowledge of property acquisition to provide a first-hand point of view for both sides of a real estate transaction. Prior to his entrepreneurship, Brian was the Sales Manager for C.A. Picard International’s North America Operations. Brian worked side by side with customers to provide a value-added solution to many issues to improve production and profitability.
