Brian M Smith, CCIM, SIOR, is the owner and Broker-in-Charge of Regent Commercial Real Estate, based in Charlotte, NC. He earned his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and attended Auburn University for his BA before beginning (and thriving) in his commercial real estate career. Brian has extensive knowledge in all phases of commercial real estate leasing, commercial property management, commercial real estate project management, and commercial real estate asset management thanks to his eight years of working with Industrial Flex project leasing. Brian has successfully helped secure nearly one thousand leases and sales transactions during his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
