Brian specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation as well as the leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail and investment properties. He also works with numerous regional and national clients on their site selection needs. A seasoned broker with more than 16 years of experience working at both local and national full service commercial real estate firms, Brian has represented clients of all sizes. This diversity of experience makes Brian very skilled at aligning a client’s real estate needs with their corporate objectives. An avid golfer, Brian played on the golf team at Furman University where he received his bachelor’s degree in history. When he’s not on the course, you can find Brian with his wife, Ansley, and their 4 kids enjoying the outdoors.
