Brian has over 20 years of experience managing multiple client relationships while providing strategic portfolio advice and directing clients’ most complex and high-profile projects. He directs a brokerage team running transactions from coast to coast in the U.S. and most major markets worldwide. In his time at Fischer he has established relationships with many top clients, including FedEx Supply Chain, Dow Jones, Howmet (formerly Alcoa), Fireman’s Fund, Saint-Gobain, News Corp, and PKC Group. He completed over 1,000 projects valued in excess of $1.5 billion in nearly every U.S. state and over 30 countries worldwide. Brian's diverse experience and wide-ranging skill set proves invaluable when serving clients. A strong background in corporate real estate allows him to streamline client processes and implement technology to improve operating efficiency, reduce run rates and minimize capital expenditures. Additionally, Brian pioneered Fischer’s platform for global transactions by first extending Fischer’s reach into Mexico, by representing 8 multinational clients in 17 Mexican markets on over 35 assignments totaling over 5 million square feet and $100 million in value. This new platform enabled Fischer to expand globally, and Fischer’s model now delivers solutions to clients in every major international market.
