Brian Russell

CBRE announced that Brian Russell has joined its National Partners Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets team in Southern California as an Executive Vice President. Russell’s addition to CBRE's National Partners team further strengthens its network in the West. Over the past 15 years, the National Partners team has transacted $246 billion in sales and $79.4 billion in financing for its 1,100-plus clients, establishing itself as a leading industrial and logistics platform. Russell joins from Eastdil Secured where he most recently led the Southern California Life Science team as a managing director. During a 13-year commercial real estate career, he has been involved in over $20 billion in industrial, office, life sciences, multifamily, land and mixed-use transactions. Before beginning his commercial real estate career, Russell had a successful nine-year professional football career, playing for several teams in the National Football League.
