Brian Rickman

Brian is a Georgia native. His family has lived in and around Metro Atlanta since he was born. Brian attended Georgia State University where he received a bachelor's degree in Decision Sciences in 1998. After graduating, he remained at Georgia State University where he received his Master's of Science degree from the Robinson College of Business in Decision Sciences. While striving for success in education, Brian has also worked diligently to build a real estate career. He received his real estate license at eighteen years of age and his broker's license three years later. In 1992, he and his father opened their own commercial firm with the vision for becoming the premier commercial and land brokerage firm in the Metro Area. Since the beginning, Brian's primary concentration has been building long-term relationships with clients and customers. He focuses on being creative and making sound investment decisions on behalf of his clients. Brian is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable 1031 ("tax-free exchange") brokers in the area.
