Brian Richardson is a motivated professional with an extensive background and proven track record of success in commercial real estate valuation & analysis, multifamily property management, multifamily real estate sales, and sales management. Brian has been involved in multifamily brokerage and property management for over 15 years. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brian worked at Insite Property Solutions as an investment broker and real estate asset manager. He focused on working with owners to source and strategize on investment acquisition & disposition of multifamily assets and working with owners and management to establish revenue, expenses, and NOI goals. Brian has brokered over $600 million in commercial real estate transactions and sourced over $45 million in commercial real estate financing.
