Brian Reyes

Brian Reyes is the Founder and President of Tangram Commercial Real Estate. Prior to entering commercial real estate brokerage, Brian was a Partner at a local Wealth Management Firm in Orange County. Since 2012, when Brian started his career in commercial real estate, he has represented tenants in their office leasing transactions, landlords in their portfolio leasing operations and investors with their commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Having sat where many of his clients sit today – office tenant, business owner and owner of commercial real estate – he has genuine empathy for their situation, and thoroughly understands the mindset of executive management. He looks beyond the real estate and helps his clients make better business decisions when it comes to effectively integrating their real estate needs with their business goals. Many brokerage commercial real estate professionals only understand one facet of the commercial real estate world. By having worked and completed transactions in many facets of commercial real estate, Brian’s understanding of the technical aspects of his craft, in combination with his business acumen and strong negotiation skills, allow him to advocate for his clients at the highest possible level.
