Brian Pomorski

Brian Pomorski joined Avison Young in April 2018 as an Associate in the Industrial Practice Group, based in the firm’s Suburban Chicago office in Rosemont, IL. Bringing more than 5 years’ experience within the commercial real estate industry, he will focus on continuing work with corporate users and institutional owners within the Chicago marketplace as well as nationally. Mr. Pomorski will primarily work with the Principal-led industrial brokerage team of Chris Lydon and Chris Tecu. Most recently, Pomorski served as an Associate within Transwestern’s industrial brokerage team in Chicago, where he was recognized as the 2017 Midwest Region Industrial Rising Star. Prior to joining Transwestern, Mr. Pomorski worked as an Associate for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory’s Industrial Practice Group. Mr. Pomorski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management with a focus in real estate from Western Michigan University. He is a licensed real estate broker and licensed real estate appraiser in the State of Illinois.
