Brian Polachek

Brian joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2009 and specializes in tenant and landlord representation. He has been working in the commercial real estate business since graduating from the University of Arizona in 2001. Brian spent 4 years with Insignia/ESG which was purchased by CB Richard Ellis in 2004. Initially involved in land sales, Brian moved into retail leasing in 2004 when joining RED Realty Advisors, an affiliate of RED Development. Brian has represented many national, regional and local tenants and developers in the retail market. With more than 20 years of experience, Brian's has earned SRS Top Achiever in 2014, 2017, 2022 and 2023, and is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
