Brian Piergentili

Brian has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1996, providing CRE services and tenant representation for both local and national clients. He manages high-volume and diverse portfolios for some of the most successful national and international corporations in the world. Brian has completed over 460 pure end-user rep transactions, totaling 25 million square feet valued at over $1.3 billion. These transactions range from portfolio strategies, complex acquisitions, unique financial structures, and fast-track projects all on a user representation basis. The focus on each project involved either cost reductions or containment while increasing workplace productivity. As a result, Brian received the honor of being the only pure tenant representation broker in metro Detroit to be named one of Detroit’s “Power Brokers” by CoStar Group thirteen times since 2003. He was also named to the 40 Under 40 by Crain’s Detroit Business in 2011.
