
Brian Pfohl is a Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group and Corporate Capital Markets practice. The singular focus of these practice groups is to advise institutions, private equity firms, REITs, developers, retailers and corporate users in all facets of net leased properties. Mr. Pfohl is directly responsible for marketing the team’s disposition assignments and plays an integral role in both new business and strategy development. He also manages, oversees and performs all aspects of the groups’ property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis and market research efforts. Throughout his career, Mr. Pfohl has been actively involved in the execution of more than 1,000 transactions worth in excess of $8 billion. Prior to joining the Net Lease Property Group/Corporate Capital Markets team, Mr. Pfohl was a Production Analyst with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance and he began his career at CBRE as an Analyst in the Global Research & Consulting Group.
