Brian McCarthy

Brian is a native Montgomery County resident whose family has a legacy in commercial real estate. His specialty is institutional agency leasing. He prides himself in the details of every lease transaction. Over the last 3 years, the team averaged 70 plus deals varying in size and lease term length. Select clients include Brookfield, MRP Realty, AXA Investment Managers, Buchanan and Elion Partners to name a few. Prior to joining CBRE in 2019, he spent 14 years as a Principal at Avison Young. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, which he attended on a football scholarship. Brian lives in Kensington with his wife and four daughters.
