Brian Marsh

Brian works on the Industrial Services team and specializes in agency leasing, tenant representation, land, economic incentives and real estate advisory for industrial tenants, developers and investors. He has extensive expertise in areas of development, including land entitlements, economic incentives, land acquisition and vertical development. Brian has 25+ years of industrial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, capital markets and development representing investment in excess of $1.5 billion. Brian has been involved in the development of more than 3,000 acres with a total development in excess of $1.0 billion. Significant projects include: The Hub, Kohls, Yankee Candle, Hims Inc, and XPO. He has been recognized as a top producer with JLL’s Top Gun award. Prior to joining JLL, he held positions as Senior Vice President, Market Officer & Midwest regional director for Prologis.
