Brian Lefkoff

Brian Lefkoff, Executive Vice President in Ackerman & Co.’s retail division, advises retail clients in their site selection and expansion plans. A dedicated commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of executive retail tenant representation and management experience, Lefkoff has negotiated approximately 300 retail transactions totaling more than $410 million. With his strong developer and broker relationships, he has cultivated exclusive relationships with more than 30 retailers, leading their site selection and expansion efforts. Prior to joining Ackerman Retail, Lefkoff was Managing Partner/Owner of Southern Retail Brokers Services, Senior Vice President at Colliers International in charge of the development and management of the retail tenant representation division, and Broker and National Account Manager at Staubach Retail Services.
