Brian LaCabe, a California native and graduate of UCSB, began his real estate career in San Luis Obispo County in 1989. Brian specializes in the sale and leasing of retail commercial and office properties in both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. In particular, Brian along with Pacifica’s Chris Garner, were instrumental in the recent development and leasing of Santa Maria’s newest Costco/Lowe’s anchored power center, Enos Ranch Shopping Center. Brian began his carrier in 1989 with “Prime Commercial Real Estate before joining Pacifica Commercial Realty in 2006. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C), Brian regularly attends the West Coast I.C.S.C. conventions in Monterey, Las Vegas and Los Angeles where he markets local retail properties to national retailers.
